Job Description / Responsibility

Executing Company policies in the factory.
Preparation and execution of yearly Administration budget.
Coordinating with Production regarding labor supply.
Ensuring all the safety parameters i.e. PPE*s and preliminary health issues are met, arrange periodical fire drill and update & maintain fire equipments as per safety directives of the company.
Assure clean environment in the factory premises as per directives of the company.
Diligent Supervision of Factory petty-cash as per company set parameters.
Supervising leave & attendance of all personnel of the factory.
Ensuring diligent disbursement of wages and over time as per company policy.
Managing factory transport fleet.
Supervising maintenance of car fleet and updating vehicle documents as per SOP of the company.
Supervising file and document management
Ensuring proper security of the factory premises.
Managing contractors diligently & quarterly evaluation of vendors as per company set parameters.
Regular initiation of reports

Educational Requirements

M.Com in management / MBA in HR with PGDPM (BIM).

Experience Requirements

10 to 17 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration

Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 37 to 45 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply. Minimum 10 years practical experience in managing Administration & Personnel of a manufacturing concern.
